Now or Never
During my return journey, I dearly missed my diary. It was because I wanted to scribble in it until I could convince myself that I was no weirdo. On the other hand, my thoughts about not expressing my love to Nihal in person made my night even worse. I tried to sleep but couldn’t. The only thought that kept me awake was if I would ever meet Nihal again.
The next morning, when I reached the bus stop in my hometown, Rithika was waiting for me. Picking up one of my bags, she asked, “How was your internship Naina?”
I honestly didn’t want to answer. Staring at me, Rithika said, “Alright. Let me drop you and in the evening after you have rested, we will talk.”
