At Writers Pouch, we offer digital publications, eBooks, and compiled anthologies for digital download. Because we deliver our digital products immediately upon purchase via automated electronic delivery or download links, we don’t offer cancellations or change-of-mind refunds.

1. Digital Sales & No-Cancellation Policy

 

Because digital eBooks and downloadable files are instant, intangible, and irrecoverable, all digital product sales are final once payment is completed. We do not offer cancellations, physical returns, standard exchanges, or refunds if you change your mind after purchase.

 

Editions & Volumes Disclaimer: We publish distinct volumes and updated editions of our anthologies and collections. Purchasing one volume or edition does not grant access to future volumes, updated editions, or expanded versions containing additional content. We do not offer exchanges or refunds if a newer volume or revised edition is released after your purchase.

2. Duplicate Purchase Refunds

 

We recognise that technical glitches or accidental multiple clicks during checkout can result in duplicate orders.
 

  1. Eligibility: If you accidentally place duplicate orders for the same eBook or digital product within a short timeframe, we will gladly refund the duplicate transaction(s).
     

  2. How to Request: Email your purchase invoices and order details to help@writerspouch.com.
     

  3. Resolution: After we verify the duplicate transaction in our system, we will process a full refund for the extra purchase to your original payment method via Razorpay.

3. Defective, Corrupted, or Incorrect Files

 

We take immense satisfaction in the quality of our digital publications. If you encounter a technical issue with your purchase:
 

  1. Corrupted or Unreadable Files: If your purchased eBook or file is damaged, unreadable, or corrupted during transmission, please notify us immediately at help@writerspouch.com with your order invoice.
     

  2. Remedy: As outlined in our Terms of Use, your sole and exclusive remedy for a verified defective digital file is a prompt, free replacement of the digital file delivered directly to your email address.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

 

When platform administrators approve a duplicate order refund or special administrative exception:

  1. Refunds are processed directly back to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking) via our payment gateway partner, Razorpay.
     

  2. Approved refunds typically reflect in your bank account or payment provider statement within 5 to 7 business days.
